Kaushal is the Founder and Managing Director at Aspire, where he is responsible for leading the team with his corporate vision – which is set to become the largest outsourced IT services provider in the region. When he isn’t busy instilling the company’s core values and spending time with the team, you can find him at the gym, travelling, researching about the latest technologies or trying to hone his golf skills.

Ehab Al Taher
Ehab drives the strategy, architecture, and development of technological tools and processes required for current and future projects. He plays a highly collaborative role where he works closely with the leadership team defining long-term organizational IT strategies, roadmaps, training and deployment plans. When he isn’t busy managing and planning the delivery for key customers, you can find this avid foodie trying out adventurous dishes (and we truly mean adventurous – from ostrich steak to grasshopper tacos), going to the gym (and listening to heavy metal while working out) or playing Castle Crush.
Abir Ghosh
Abir is entrusted with the responsibility to lead Aspire’s evolution into a Full Services Technology Consulting company for customers in Jordan, the region and beyond. He also drives Aspire’s capabilities in Digital Consulting and in Emerging Technologies, by building an eco-system of strategic alliances and partnerships. Abir has extensive experience of building, leading and managing clients and competencies for Top Tier Consulting firms and has worked with customers in the Middle East, USA, Europe, India and SE Asia. Abir loves quizzing, reading, cricket and spending time with his family in moments of leisure.
Rita Al Ali
Rita looks after Human Resources, building teams that are competent, engaged, and having fun working with each other. Rita has extensive experience in leading, building, and managing the HR function for key players in technology and eCommerce. In Aspire she works on the automation, policies, compliance, culture, and whatever it takes to achieve our mission. Rita describes herself as ‘Learner for life’ where she spends her time reading, attending classes, and most importantly spending quality time with her family exploring new places, tasting new food, and always making the best memories.
Rima Ali
Rima manages brand transformation and marketing activities at Aspire. Rima has an extensive experience in branding and marketing and has an award-winning portfolio in advertising during her career in advertising agencies. With her experience in both the agency and the client sides she has helped the rebranding journeys and implementation of the marketing strategies of global corporations and public sector. Rima is passionate about brands, design and arts. When she is not busy orchestrating brands you can find her traveling, visiting museums and experiencing new cultures.
Sudha Gomati Narayan
Sudha wears multiple hats within the organization from capacity building to creating policies to coaching and mentoring. She is a die-hard humanist, minimalist, recycling activist and is certified in emotional intelligence. When she is not busy implementing corporate management priorities, you can find her at the local Toastmasters club, a movement meditation class or gardening.
Harsh Shah
Harsh plays a multi-faceted role in Aspire. Apart from managing the IT Infrastructure and Support division, he actively contributes to workforce management program and heads our Operations from India. Certified in ITIL and Project Management (PMP) and wishing to hone his entrepreneurial spirit, he contributes to all decisions and supports the management in implementation. When he isn’t busy coordinating between clients and various Aspire teams, you can find him listening to music, which is his first love, followed by cooking, travelling, reading, cricket and the list goes on! He is still trying to figure out what his true hobby is.

Amit Dalal
Amit is customer-focused, insights-driven, and supports growth initiatives through data and technology innovations at Aspire. Amit brings a wealth of digital, performance and operational improvement and restructuring experiences, most notably from his tenure at PA Consulting and Tetra Tech. Over the last few years, he has focused on digital transformation of clients’ value chain to drive cost reductions, improve process efficiencies and enhance growth. He adds corporate expertise to Aspire in business expansion, strategic partnerships and corporate finance. When he isn’t tied up in front of a screen, he plays tennis (USTA 4.5), is an avid history of science buff, collects vintage photography and loves to cook.
Indrajit Chatterjee
Indrajit is a Technology Entrepreneur, Practitioner and Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in Business Leadership, Program Management, Enterprise Solution Architecture, Sales & Account Management. Having held leadership roles with Firms like PwC and KPMG, Indrajit is currently Senior Advisor to the Aspire Consulting with focus on Government and Private Sector clients in Middle East and South Asia.
He has a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and is a travel, photography, music and sports aficionado.
Niraj Agarwal
Niraj is a Senior CyberSecurity professional with close to 20 years’ experience in Technology consulting for PwC. He is certified systems plus ISO auditor, CISA, CISSP, ethical hacker & a leading exponent in cybersecurity and Risk/Compliance solutions with hands-on experience working on cyber tools and Identity Management solutions while devising strategy and architecture for large corporations. Niraj currently plays an active role in advising the growth of Aspire CyberSecurity Consulting practice in the Middle East.
Subhendu Adhikary
Subhendu is an experienced consultant with over 20 year’s experience in Business and IT transformation, Business Analysis, System Analysis, Quality Analysis and Project Management. He has extensive experience in IT Consulting for Global Consultancy companies focusing on the Banking and Insurance space including Core Banking including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Mortgage Finance, General and Life insurance.
